Returns
The Client has the right to return items purchased at susansuell.com. The Client has seven days from the day of receipt of the item you want to return to inform susansuelljewels.com and 14 days to return the item to susansuell.com
Customer must indicate his intention by email to info@susansuell.com that in turn will answer by another email by specifying the precise instructions for the return of the article. The return expenses will be paid by the customer.
The refund on the account of the Client as a result of this return will be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods by susansuell.com
Return cannot take place in any case if supplied articles were manifestly used. Articles imperatively will be returned correctly protected, in his packing of origin, in perfect condition (not damaged or being soiled by the Client) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. Delivery
The deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or local holidays. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days. The delivery schedule is usually met, and although susansuell.com cannot guarantee punctuality, all orders are delivered within 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, at the latest. Once an order is shipped, the Client receives an email notification about the expected delivery date.
The Client must verify the state of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is damaged, the Client must not accept the delivery. The amount of the purchase and the delivery expenses will be refunded to the Client once the warehouse has processed the return of the products. susansuell.com informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable time after receipt. In case no notice of rejection of the products is received within 14 days of delivery, susansuell.com will consider the Client to have accepted the delivery. This does not affect the Client's right to return or exchange any order as mentioned below in the paragraph of Returns.

Delivery expenses
Delivery expenses apply to each order. The exact expenses for each delivery depend on the country of receipt. In countries where custom taxes and duties are requested to be paid, those costs will be billed to the Client by UPS.
